Jeep Wrangler TJ Hardtop

I have waited a long time before writing this review, because I really did not want to have to resort to writing it. However, my experience with Bulldawgs has been beyond terrible. I ordered a hardtop and was given a 6-week estimated arrival time. It ended up taking about 12 weeks, throughout which time I received multiple and often contradictory excuses and explanations. This was when I was able to get ahold of them. To get in contact with them I had to call three different numbers, 2 of which were out of order and the third I left a message which was not returned. It was not until after I emailed them multiple times that I gave them a deadline to reach out or I was going to reverse the charges on my credit card, that they finally got in contact with me. Which is when the excuses started. Once it finally arrived, I put the hardtop in storage till I needed it at the end of the summer. Once I decided to put the hardtop on, I discovered that the bracket on the passenger side of the back window was stripped out and the bolt on driver side at the windshield would not thread in. I then contacted them with pictures of the issues. Again, getting in contact with them was difficult until I requested a shipping label to return the hard top. I was told the back bracket was a flaw they had just discovered and recommended that I go buy the proper screws to fix it. As for the bolt they are not sure of what the issue is. Throughout the whole process I am repeatedly told that stuff like this never happens, and it is just a coincidence that ALL of them are happing to me. Also, throughout the whole process all I am offered is apologies and excuses. No discounts or future credit to say sorry for taking an additional month and a half to deliver a faulty hardtop. Just, a “This never happens,” for every mistake they make. The last message I received from them claimed they would be in touch with me the next day. That was two and a half weeks ago. It has now been about a month and a half since I contacted them about the issues with the hard top, and NOTHING has been done. Safe to say, I do not think they care at all about making the situation right. I will never recommend Bulldawgs to anyone. To be clear. Not only did they take an extra month and a half to deliver the hard top, what they delivered is a faulty product that I will now need to find someone else to fix, since they keep just blowing me off, at my own added expense.

More quiet. No rattles or squeaks. Great fit and finish. Almost can’t wait for winter to see the improvement over a soft top.
