Return & Refund Policy

At BullDawg Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, and only if the return has been authorized by our team. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%. Once received, authorized returns will be processed within 10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible. If the original payment method is no longer valid, a company check will be provided instead. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. 

When returning an item, we recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. BullDawg Manufacturing is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping, and only the signature of a BullDawg Manufacturing employee will serve as proof of delivery. Customers bear all risks and costs of return shipment, including insurance fees.

All products should be inspected upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us at info@bulldawgmfg.com within 72 hours. Do not install or use a defective or damaged item, as it will not be eligible for return once installed. If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no charge once a shipping claim has been processed. We may request photos to assist with claim processing. In cases where a replacement item is sent, a prepaid return label will be provided for the original item. If the original product is not returned within 30 days, you will be charged for the cost of the replacement.

For orders shipped within the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, defective products may be returned free of shipping charges if reported within 30 days. To initiate a return, contact info@bulldawgmfg.com. Please note that BullDawg Manufacturing is not responsible for labor or installation costs that may result from defective or incorrect parts.

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include special custom-ordered hardtops, items that have been installed, damaged, or modified from their original condition (unless covered under a manufacturer’s warranty), products returned with damaged or missing packaging, freight shipments (unless approved at our discretion), and all international orders outside of the U.S., PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, which are final sale.

If you choose to return an item for personal preference or any reason unrelated to defects or shipping errors, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please note that unauthorized returns, undeliverable packages, or refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to process. In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. International orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada is not returnable.

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email info@bulldawgmfg.com or call 844-803-0789 as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed. If you need to update a shipping address after the order has shipped, please contact us. Address changes cannot be made on USPS shipments once in transit.

BullDawg Manufacturing reserves the right to update or amend this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
